Every shipment includes a unique tracking number. You can enter it on our Tracking page to see real‑time updates – including pickup, transit scans, and delivery confirmation.
Yes. For shipments moving between the US, Canada, and Mexico, we manage all customs paperwork, duties, and tariffs. Our cross‑border service ensures your package clears customs smoothly without delays. Just provide the commercial invoice and we’ll handle the rest.
Ground shipping: Typically 2–7 business days depending on distance (e.g., East Coast to Midwest: 3 days; to Mexico: 5–7 days).
Air express: Next‑day or 2‑day delivery to most major North American cities.
Yes. Cargo protection is available for every shipment. We cover loss or damage up to the declared value. You can add this option when you book your shipment. High‑value items may require additional documentation.
We cannot ship hazardous materials (e.g., explosives, flammable liquids, gases), illegal substances, live animals, or firearms without special licensing. For a full list, please see our Prohibited Items Policy in the footer or contact us directly.
Business accounts are free and offer benefits like net payment terms, discounted rates, and a dedicated account manager. Simply go to our Contact page, select "Business Account Inquiry," and we’ll get you set up within one business day.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will initiate an investigation and, if the damage or loss is confirmed, reimburse you according to your chosen cargo protection level and our terms of service.
We operate Monday through Friday for standard shipping. Air express may be available on weekends for an additional fee. We are closed on major US holidays (New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). A full holiday schedule is posted on our website each December.
