Welcome to East Coast Courier. By accessing or using our website (eastcoastcourier.com) and our courier services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not use the Site or our services.

Services Offered

East Coast Courier provides shipping and logistics services, including ground shipping, air express, warehousing, and cross‑border delivery between the United States, Canada, and Mexico. A description of each service and its typical transit times is available on our Services pages.

User Accounts & Accuracy of Information

To place an order or obtain a quote, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account or placing an order.

Quotes, Orders & Payments

All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final rates may be adjusted if the actual weight, dimensions, or destination differ from the information given at the time of the quote. Payment is due at the time of service unless you have been extended credit terms. We accept credit cards, ACH, and net terms for qualifying business accounts. All fees are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Cargo Protection & Limitation of Liability

Our cargo protection (insurance) is available for an additional fee. If you do not purchase cargo protection, our liability is limited to $2.00 per pound of the shipment’s weight, with a maximum liability of $100 per shipment. We are not responsible for loss or damage caused by improper packaging, acts of nature, civil unrest, or events beyond our reasonable control. Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the delivery date and must include supporting documentation.

East Coast Courier acts as your customs broker only when you engage our Cross‑Border service. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any fines, penalties, or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete customs declarations.
